Terms of use

Last updated 11 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and 30labs (CNPJ 36.742.159/0001-29), Brazil, which operates Tinge. By creating an account or using Tinge, you accept them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to accept these terms where you live. Keep access to your sign-in method secure: what is sent from your account is your responsibility. The display name you choose must not impersonate anyone.

Using Tinge

Tinge sends signals to the people and groups you connect with. Don't use it to harass, threaten or spam anyone, to send signals to people who blocked you by other means, or to break the law. Don't try to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows.

Signals are suggestions from your context and your choices. Tinge is not an emergency service: never rely on it to call for help or to know that someone is safe.

Availability

We work to keep Tinge running, but we don't promise it will always be available, deliver every signal, or deliver it on time. Test versions may change or stop working without notice.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and tell you why unless the law or someone's safety prevents it.

Liability

Tinge is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, 30labs is not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by signals that were delayed, not delivered or misunderstood. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that the law does not let us exclude.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for changes that matter, let you know before they take effect. If you keep using Tinge afterwards, you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Consumers may bring claims in the courts where they live.
